Watch One
Grab a drink, hit play, and watch the training video for your cast of choice. As you do, collect the golden nuggets, those key tips that keep casts snug, safe, and not-returning-to-ED-tomorrow. Write them down so you can nail the technique later.
Do One
Reinforce your learning by practising the cast soon after reviewing the tutorial. As you work, pay attention to the fine details that make each cast unique, the angles, pressure points, and finishing techniques.
Teach One
When you’ve nailed the technique, don’t keep it to yourself , bring it into your Plaster Club. Show a colleague, teach a group, spread the plaster gospel and grow a department of confident casters
